Council has completed its pilot project at the Norman Wells Solid Waste Facility.  As of Wednesday, October 3 (2012), restricted access has been stopped.  Residents and businesses will be allowed access 24 hours a day.  Thank you for those who participated in this project.  The information gathered will now be evaluated and a report given to Council.  Town Manager, October 3, 2012.
