The Norman Wells Fitness Centre will be closed until further notice due to renovatons. If anyone wishes to be reimbursed/extension for fitness centre memberships, please contact the Town of Norman Wells office (telephone 587-3700). If you have questions or concerns, please contact the Recreation Department at 587-3711. Sorry for any inconvenience these renovatons may cause, but we are improving our facility for the benefit of the members and community. (Dated October 7, 2011.)

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Council of the Town of Norman Wells met Tuesday, May 24, 2011 and approved the following resolution:
‘Be it resolved that the Council of the Town of Norman Wells hereby terminates their role as the energy provider for the Town of Norman Wells effective June 30, 2014; and further that the Town plans to do everything possible within their financial ability to help residents and businesses convert to an alternate energy.’
